Purr-senting…

Latest Finish 13.02.05: 'Purr-plexed,' by Margaret Sherry; Click for a larger image! … “Purr-plexed!”

I think I have said it half a dozen times so far, but let me reiterate: I loved stitching this piece! :) Happy Dance! :)
The details (butterfly, flowers, backstitching) took longer than expected, but I think that was because I was so excited (and therefore impatient) about getting her finished. But I am done and she is SO cute I can barely stand it!

Oh yeah, and because I keep mentioning the fact that “Purr-plexed” resembles my kitty Harley, here is a picture…

You be the judge! :)

Class of 92′
14 February 2005

I found this while surfing around and thought it would be fun.

Presenting a quick recap of my senior year of high school… My God! Has it really been almost 13 years?!

[What year was it?]
1991/92

[What were your three favorite bands?]
Mötley Crüe, Poison, and Van Halen

[What was your favorite outfit?]
Oversized sweatshirts and frosted jeans

[What was up with your hair?]
Long, straight, and blonde with very BIG bangs

[Who were your best friends?]
Dawn, Sonia, and my cousin Shannon (The only one I still speak to is Dawn)

[What did you do after school?]
In the fall, I had volleyball practice, in the winter I visited my grandma, and in the spring I had tennis practice.

[Did you take the bus?]
Not if I could help it. (It was very uncool!)

[Who did you have a crush on?]
I had a boyfriend, but my crush was on Thad, the trumpet player with the long blonde hair!

[Did you fight with your parents?]
All the time with my dad; Occasionally with my mom

[Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on?]
I don’t think I had one.

[Did you smoke cigarettes?]
No

[Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day because you were too nervous to find your locker?]
No. My school was so small there was never a problem finding your locker… and we didn’t even lock them!

[Did you have a 'clique'?]
Not really

[Did you have "The Max" like Zach, Kelly, and Slater?]
Should I understand this question?

[Admit it, were you popular?]
No. I thought all the “popular” girls were too fake.

[Who did you want to be just like?]
Nobody. Even then I was happy just being myself.

[What did you want to be when you grew up?]
Before my senior year I wanted to be a veterinarian. Then I almost failed chemistry. By my senior year, I had decided that I wanted to study literature.

[Where did you think you'd be at the age you are now?]
I thought I would be living in a city (Atlanta, Dallas, or Los Angeles) and that I would have a fabulous career.
