I think I have said it half a dozen times so far, but let me reiterate: I loved stitching this piece!
Happy Dance! ![]()
The details (butterfly, flowers, backstitching) took longer than expected, but I think that was because I was so excited (and therefore impatient) about getting her finished. But I am done and she is SO cute I can barely stand it!
Oh yeah, and because I keep mentioning the fact that “Purr-plexed” resembles my kitty Harley, here is a picture…

… “Purr-plexed!”

That’s such a cute design! And you stitched it really well. Isn’t it amazing what a difference all that backstitching makes?
And Harley is such a beautiful cat!

Well done Renée! She’s so cute. I remember I was just in the same mood when finishing “Purr-fick”: so excited that the finishing details seemed to take forever!
And there is indeed a likeness to your own cat (she’s gorgeous BTW!)
Do you plan to stitch others from the collection? I have the “Catacello” in my stash, but of course now I also want to stitch “Purr-plexed”! But I like those from the magazines as well - although they don’t have the same effect. Ah well… I’d need nine lives to stitch ‘em all!

Congratulations on the finish! She’s so pretty, I love this designs, although I must admit I find them slightly boring to stitch. But I am going to sneak one of the into my rotation for a nice easy, not so huge slot. Isabelle’s right, I would need a couple of lives to finish everything I would like to.
I also think Harley is a beauty. OK, I might be slightly partial to semi long-haired cats
