bird A Round of Chickens
12 April 2005

Yesterday was the post date for my RR. I had been finished for a couple of weeks, but didn’t get around to posting it until yesterday.

Imagine my delight when I got a note in my mailbox today telling me I had a package to sign for at the post office. Since I hadn’t ordered anything lately, I knew it must (already!) be the next round of the robin.

I was right! When I got home I discovered that it was indeed the round robin. I have been really looking forward to this installment of the RR. You see, my friend Susie (yes, SAL Susie) just so happens to be in this RR group with me and during this round I will be stitching her piece and she will be stitching mine. How fun! :)
Anyway, I was so excited to get her robin today that as soon as I finally chose a pattern (Her theme is chickens and I had three charts that I was trying to decide between) I sat right down and started stitching on it! And boy is it flying! After about three hours I have about 1/3 of my chicken pattern completed already. The pattern is relatively easy and I don’t think it should take me long to finish it.

However, since I know Susie reads this blog, I must disappoint. I am not posting a picture of it until I am finished! ;)

bird My Inner European

I may be an American who is married to a half Austrian, half Greek guy and lives in Germany, but…

I knew all along that
My Inner European is Italian!

Passionate and colorful.
You show the world what culture really is.

Who’s Your Inner European?

My thanks go out to Goisa for pointing me to this wonderfully telling quiz!
