Polly and Baby
After a stitching marathon today (5 hours!), I finished the baby buggy on “Passing Admirers!” May I present… (drum roll please) Polly and Baby!
I can’t believe how much progress I have made on this piece in just a little over a month! The buggy stitched up smoothly and today I got a taste of the colors in Maggie’s dress (the hood of the buggy is the same “antique violet”). With the completion of the buggy, I am well over the half-way mark and I am really looking forward to starting on Maggie.
I am so in love with this piece!! I already know where I am going to hang it when I am finished: directly over the TV and across from my stitching chair!
However, since I can already see the end of this piece (probably within a couple of months), I am starting to think about which “large” project I want to stitch next. The problem is, lately I have collected so many that I am having trouble making a decision!
And this, dear readers, is where you come in. I have placed a mini-poll on the side bar asking your opinion. You can vote as many times as you want and I will collect the answers until “Passing Admirers” is finished. I can’t guarantee I will choose which one gets the most votes, but I will consider your opinions when making my decision.

I vote for Ashley’s Roses - first, because my name is Ashleigh
And second because I can loan you the chart or swap if you like. I have the chart sitting unused in my stash
