I have been tagged by Melissa to answer this meme of seven, so after pondering my answers for a few days, here goes!

7 things I want to do before I die:

  • Speak fluent German
  • Travel to India
  • Read all the “Harry Potter” books in German
  • Figure out what I want to be when I grow up
  • Ride in a hot air balloon
  • Get my vision laser corrected
  • Take a cruise

7 things I can do:

  • Cross stitch
  • Give a cat a bath
  • Clean up cat puke without losing my appetite
  • Sleep uninterrupted for 12-14 hours
  • Water ski
  • Read a map
  • Use the metric system and tell time using the 24 hour clock

7 things I can’t do:

  • Get the cat hair in my house under control
  • Crochet
  • Resist sweets
  • Use a glue gun (I always get more glue on me than on what I am trying to glue.)
  • Care about housework (Which is why I make such a lousy housewife.)
  • Spell (In any language!)
  • Really wake up before 10 am (No matter how much caffeine I have!)

  • Why can’t you put your socks (or underwear) into the dirty clothes hamper? (Spoken to A.)
  • Keys in pocket, pocket in pants.
  • Go away, I don’t like you! (Usually spoken in jest to the cats, but occasionally to A.)
