Latest Finish, 06.11.05; 1929 Ford Model A for EMS RR - Click for a larger image! I had grand plans on the stitching front today and I am proud to say I got everything completed that I set out to do.

My first objective was to make the log book for the SBSRR. For the first robin that I participated in, I just threw in a little notebook so that everyone could write a little something. However, by now I have done enough robins that every time my log book gets a little more creative. I enjoy making the log books almost as much as the stitching itself!

After I finished the SBSRR log book, I wrapped up Dawn’s birthday exchange present for the SBEBB. This didn’t take too long because I have been done with it for a week or so, but I wanted to get it ready so that I could pack it together with the SBSRR. (Both are going to her.) I figure by sending them together I can kill two birds with one stone and she will only have to pick up one package instead of two.

The last thing on my Sunday list was to finish the backstitching on the Model “A.” I was almost done with it the other night, but I was getting sick of all that black, so yesterday I took a pansy break. When I sat down this afternoon I was able to finish the Model “A’s” backstitching in about an hour and a half, so it looks like I can send this robin back to its owner now.

I guess I will be making a trip to the post office tomorrow… and on schedule too!
