November Recap/December Goals
1 December 2005

As a reminder, my November Goals were to:

1.) Stitch at least 90 minutes per day.
** I nearly achieved this goal: I did miss five days in November, but on four of those days instead of stitching, I knitted. Therefore, I only had one day where I didn’t pick up some type of needle! **

2.) Mail out Dawn’s Birthday Exchange and my SBSRR by November 7.
** Yep. **

3.) Finish (and mail) Ryan’s EMS RR.
** Yep. I am now just waiting for my piece to be returned to me. **

4.) Stitch at least one pansy on “Stiefmütterchen,” my SAL with Susie.
** Yep. **

5.) Stitch at least 10 hours on “Stitcher’s Sampler.”
** I managed to get 11 hours in on this project. **

6.) Start Vash’s “Cats in Floral Hats” RR.
** Yep. **

7.) Start Nicki’s SBSRR.
** Yep. **

8.) Start my garden-themed exchange piece for XXX.
** Yep. **

9.) Kit up and maybe start another “large” project.
** No. I have actually deferred this project until the beginning of the new year. **

Now, for December I hope to:

1.) Stitch at least 90 minutes per day.
** Now that I have caught the knitting bug (doesn’t that sound like I am sick?), I have decided that the 90 minutes should not be devoted exclusively to cross stitching, rather include both cross stitching and knitting. **

2.) Finish Vash’s “Cats in Floral Hats” RR and mail it off to Cathy.
** Post date: January 1, 2006 **

3.) Finish my garden-themed exchange piece and mail it off to XXX.
** Post date: January 9, 2006 **

4.) Finish Nicki’s SBSRR and mail it off to Dawn.
** Post date: January 15, 2006 **

** Since all of the post dates on these projects coincide roughly with my departure date for my trip to the US, it is imperative that I get all of these pieces done before the end of the year and mailed off as soon as possible.**

5.) Stitch 10 hours on “Stitcher’s Sampler.”

6.) Work on and maybe finish Margaret Sherry’s “Snowman.”

7.) Work on and maybe finish my first scarf.
** Knitting goal **
