Daily Rotation Report

23:52 adventures in stitching, wips

Fairy Flora, Progress as of 23.03.2006 - Click for a larger image! It has officially been a week since I started my daily rotation system and I am sure you are dying to know how it has been going for me, so here is a quick run-down:

(Last) Thursday: Stitched for four hours on “Fairy Flora.”
Friday: Completed Pansy #6 on “Stiefmütterchen” and finished Cathy’s RR.
Saturday and Sunday: Stitched for 9 ½ hours on “Celtic Spring” as part of the FGBB Stitch-A-Thon.
Monday: Needed a little break, so I didn’t stitch at all. However, I did buy the floss I needed to start “Above the Clouds” and “Four Seasons Cats.” I also briefly fell off The Wagon as I succumbed to MLI’s “In the Arms of an Angel” while I was at my LNS.
Tuesday: Stitched on “Catch the Wind” as part of my SAL with Cathy and got a pretty good start on Anna’s dress.
Yesterday: Kitted up “Above the Clouds” and “Four Seasons Cats.” Wednesday will be my “Four Seasons Cats” day so I thought about starting it, but I worked some more on “Catch the Wind” instead.
Today: Worked on “Fairy Flora” all afternoon and finished the top part of Flo’s dress. (BTW: The fabric is not so dark in real life and the floss stands out quite nicely. I am not sure why the scanner is showing the fabric as so dark.)
Tomorrow: Back to “Stiefmütterchen.”

So far I feel pretty good about this rotation system. I wasn’t sure if I would feel like I was getting anything done by switching projects every day, but amazingly I think I am… and I don’t have time to get bored with any one project this way either!
