SAT Goal Met!
21 January 2007 19:10 stitch-a-thon, wips
This weekend was our monthly stitch-a-thon over at the Robin’s Nest and my goal was to finish the geometric designs on the right-hand border of “Celtic Spring.”
It was a small goal because I worked on Mae most of last week and only had one and half motifs left. However, I chose a small goal because we had my nephew’s first birthday party yesterday and I wasn’t sure how much stitching I would get to do this weekend.
Luckily I managed to get more stitch time this weekend than I thought I would, so not only did I finish the designs on the right side, I managed to get about half the ones on the left side done too!
Now, according to my sophisticated guesstimation system, I am now about 70% finished with this project. I am not quite ready to venture a guess as to when I will be finished with Mae, but I am going to aim to finish her by March 11, 2007… exactly one year to the day since I started her.

Mae is coming along beautifully. I love those purples. They look so rich!

She is so pretty, good luck on meeting your goal.

She is looking gorgeous! You’re certainly on track to finish her if you keep up this pace. I really must dig her out of my stash and start her soon….

This is one of my favorite patterns. I just know I am not ready for this big of a project at all.
