Happy Birthday to Me!
Yep, a little self-promotion. Your good wishes are accepted. 
Anyway, here is my progress for this month’s Robin’s Nest SAT. I am quite pleased with my results. With my abbreviated stitching time at the moment, I am glad I decided to work on a little project where I would see quick results. I guess I am in need of a happy dance!
Sadly though, I must put my “Pansy Fairy” away until I finish my exchange piece for Catherine-Michèle’s birthday. I am a little embarrassed to admit that I only picked out the pattern and kitted it up today, but I do have an excuse: I actually started something a couple of weeks ago, but for whatever reason I was extremely unhappy with the way the finishing turned out. And because I didn’t like the end result, I couldn’t get motivated to restitch it and so I kept putting it off. Once I decided to start over from scratch I was much happier, but it wasn’t until today that I really had time to choose something new.
Of course, with just a little over a week to stitch and finish Catherine-Michèle’s birthday exchange, I guess my needles better start smoking tomorrow!

Congratulations to another May Birthday celebrator! Mine is this Friday, though because I will be involved in a convention, I’m celebrating my Birthday Observance on Thursday night.
