While sitting in the dentist’s chair this afternoon the dental hygienist said to me, “Wow, your gums look a little irritated.”
My response was, “Gee, do you think it has anything to do with the fact that you have been poking around in my mouth for the past 45 minutes with a sharp metal object?”
